Rebels Volleyball Club
15U Female only for 2026/2027
Rebels Volleyball is centered on a select group of committed players who will be coached by highly skilled staff and supported in a culture that values each athlete as an individual, not just as a number on a roster.
This team was created in response to a clear opportunity to build a stronger club experience for our athletes. Based on our own experiences and feedback shared by players across other programs, we believed there was room to create something more intentional, more positive, and more athlete-centered. With a strong core group from last year and interest from other quality players looking for the right fit, we felt this was the right time to move forward and build something meaningful. We chose to build this as an American team because it allows us to offer a smarter travel and cost structure for families without lowering our standards. Our expectation is to compete up whenever possible, pursuing the strongest divisions available so our athletes are consistently challenged, pushed, and developed against high-level competition.
We are excited to share that Stacey Keller has accepted the role of Head Coach for this team. Stacey attended Purdue University and brings a strong coaching background, including experience playing competitive volleyball. Her background, leadership, and understanding of the game will be a tremendous asset as we build a high-level experience for our athletes.
Our team model is designed to provide strong training, meaningful competition, and a manageable family schedule. The current plan assumes a roster of approximately 9 players, with a season built around 6 to 8 tournaments, including mostly local one-day events along with selected overnight tournaments and a championship event. This structure is intended to give athletes quality reps, exposure to competitive play, and consistent growth throughout the season while keeping travel and cost within reason.
We also have secured practice space at the Solon Community Center (Tues, Thurs, Sat). This location is intended to provide a convenient and consistent training home for the team as we prepare throughout the season.
Team dues are $2,250 per player, which are intended to support coaching, gym time, tournament entry fees, team administration, equipment, and standard operating costs for the season. Families should also expect some additional personal travel-related expenses for overnight events, such as lodging, meals, and transportation.
Because we are building this team through an invitation-based process, we are reaching out to families we believe would be a strong fit for the Rebels Volleyball culture and commitment level. We are looking for athletes and families who value effort, coachability, reliability, and a positive team-first mindset both on and off the court.
Our goal is to compete at the highest level possible at all events. We will treat this as an Elite+ level team, but will operate as an American team to better align with a reduced travel commitment.
