Commitment Agreement
Dear Parent/Guardian and Athlete,
Congratulations! We are pleased to offer your athlete a roster spot with Rebels Volleyball for the upcoming 2026–2027 club season.
Because Rebels Volleyball Club is a new OVR club, we are not permitted to issue official OVR contracts until the OVR signing date. This letter is not an OVR contract and is not legally binding. It simply confirms your athlete’s intent to join our program and allows us to reserve their roster spot.
Commitment Fee
To secure your athlete’s roster spot, we request a Commitment Fee of $200 that will be applied to dues:

This fee reserves the athlete’s position on the team

It is fully refundable until the official OVR signing date

It will be applied toward your total season dues

It is not an OVR signing fee and does not represent an early contract
What This Letter Means
By signing this letter, you acknowledge:

You intend for your athlete to play for Rebels Volleyball for the 2026–2027 season

You understand this is not an OVR contract

You understand the commitment fee is refundable until the OVR signing date

You understand the fee will be credited toward season dues once the OVR contract is signed
